Our Process

PW Hall is committed to remaining at the forefront of concentrate manufacture for the plastics industry. We’re able to do so because of our extensive knowledge of formulations and our team’s ability to work with customers to fulfil their exact requirements – first time.

In addition to providing our customers with flexible solutions, we are continually developing new products and key processes. Our single manufacturing site in Glasgow – which includes our state-of-the art laboratories –  runs twenty-four hours a day, five days a week.

Specialised capabilities and considerations also include:

• New product development to meet specific customer need
• Production and supply of small samples for approval
• Light and weathering performance
• Material restrictions (e.g industry-specific or regulatory issues; ROHS, SVHC)

Testament to our position in the industry – and our expertise – PW Hall has become a truly international operation; we have sales agents and distributors across the globe and export our products to forty countries throughout Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
